HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH A NEW PROJECT?
Let us know your target audience, objectives, quantity, and budget. You can let us know what you’d like to be supplied, and/or we can suggest great items for you. WHAT ART FORMAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR MY LOGO FILES?
We prefer to receive vector .eps files for your logo/s. This will allow us to edit, scale, and print the logo at all sizes. If you are supplying a photoshop or print file that is not vector, we usually need 300 dpi minimum at the size you are wanting to print it at.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Hundreds of products can be shipped (without a pre-production sample) within 24-48 hours. That said, we much prefer to provide a pre-production sample, when time permits. We also have thousands of products that can be produced within 4 weeks (or less, when needed). Production time varies BY PRODUCT, because each factory has a different lead time requirement. Let us know what delivery date are looking for, so that we may suggest products accordingly. We source both US and Int’l Products, and typically US products have shorter lead times.
WILL I RECEIVE A SAMPLE, BEFORE MY ORDER PRODUCTION BEGINS?
Yes. Unless you sign sample waiver and choose to “skip” a pre-production sample, Onyx encourages sampling.. This key step has reduced unwanted factory “surprises” by nearly 100%. We strongly suggest that you authorize Onyx to sample your projects prior to running your order. Sample costs will be quoted on your order paperwork, and the costs will vary by product.

WHAT FREIGHT CARRIER(S) DOES ONYX USE TO SHIP?
Onyx chooses to ship with FedEx, when possible. We also ship with UPS, DHL, and USPS. When orders are large enough to warrant trucks, Onyx will ship the best way, in order to save our clients money.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Onyx ships globally at scale. We are experienced with shipping to over 100+ countries worldwide.

DOES ONYX OFFER FULFILLMENT SERVICES?
Yes. Our services are comprehensive. We inventory, assemble, pick, pack, and ship. You name it, we do it. Click HERE to see some of our packaging options.

DOES ONYX SHIP ALCOHOL, FOOD, BATTERY CHARGERS OR PLANTS INTERNATIONALLY?
No, due to complex customs with those items.
MAY I PROVIDE MY OWN FREIGHT ACCOUNT FOR SHIPPING?
In unique instances, Onyx will accommodate this. However, most always, Onyx will use its own freight number when shipping. This allows Onyx to monitor and manage product deliveries; since we are only able to communicate with carriers as “the shipper.” This allows us more quality control.

DOES ONYX STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
No. We are PCI compliant; we take privacy, security, and payment data issues very seriously. We accept VISA, MC, and American Express for a 3% convenience fee. Click HERE to read our Privacy Policy.

IS MY MAILING LIST DATA SAFE TO PROVIDE?
Yes. Please password protect all provided spreadsheets and/or personal contact data. Onyx will delete and destroy this data upon use.
